Tarang was admitted to practice in 2017 and was called to the Bar in 2025.

Tarang accepts briefs in all areas of law, with a particular interest in commercial disputes.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Tarang was a Senior Associate at Buchanan Rees Dispute Lawyers, before which he practiced at Gilbert + Tobin.

Tarang has acted in complex commercial disputes and insolvency matters in the Federal Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of New South Wales and domestic and international arbitral tribunals. He has experience acting in regulatory matters including investigations and proceedings conducted by ASIC and the ACCC.

Tarang has particular experience in bankruptcy and insolvency, competition and consumer law, construction law, contracts, insurance and professional indemnity and regulatory enforcement.

Tarang holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Business Economics) from the University of New South Wales.

Tarang has been continuously recognised in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Australia (Litigation) since 2023 and was a finalist in the 2025 Australian Law Awards.

Nicholas was admitted to practice in 2016 and called to the Bar in 2025.

Nicholas accepts briefs in all areas of law.

Before he came to the Bar, Nicholas was a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Financial Litigation team at King & Wood Mallesons.  There he worked in a range of areas including class actions, commercial disputes, commissions of inquiry, regulatory investigations and crime in the High Court of Australia, Federal Court of Australia and Supreme Courts of New South Wales and Victoria.

Prior to working at King & Wood Mallesons, Nicholas was a solicitor at Swaab and the Tipstaff to the Honourable Justice David Davies in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Macquarie University and a Master of Laws with specialisations in Dispute Resolution; International Business and Economic Law; and Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of New South Wales.  Nicholas also holds a Bachelor of Arts with majors in French Studies and Italian Studies from the University of Sydney.
