Emma was admitted to practice in 2013 and called to the Bar in 2024.

Emma accepts briefs in all areas of law, with a particular focus on criminal, administrative and commercial law.

Immediately prior to her call to the Bar, Emma was a Senior Associate in the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group at Clayton Utz.  Emma acted in representative proceedings and financial services regulatory matters, and prepared witnesses attending trials and ASIC examinations.

Emma is also experienced in conducting prosecutions as a Federal Prosecutor at the Office of the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions.  Emma appeared regularly as a solicitor advocate in sentences, bail applications and severity appeals, and conducted Local Court hearings, and instructed Counsel in trials in the District Court of NSW, and in appeals to the Court of Criminal Appeal.

As a government lawyer at the Attorney-General’s Department, Emma advised on administrative law matters in the processing of extradition and mutual assistance requests in the context of international criminal investigations and prosecutions.

Emma holds a Bachelor of Laws & Bachelor of Arts from Macquarie University.

Lachlan accepts briefs in all areas of law, with a focus on commercial and equity matters.

Lachlan was formerly Associate to the Hon Justice K Williams of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, assisting in the corporations, real property, commercial and general equity lists. He also practiced as a solicitor at Allens in the commercial disputes team, working on a range of commercial and class action matters primarily before the Federal Court of Australia.

Lachlan read for the Masters in Law and Finance at the University of Oxford, where he specialised in trusts and equity and was awarded the top Distinction grade.

Lachlan earlier graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons I) and Bachelor of Commerce, ranking second place in both cohorts. His honours thesis on the possibility of directors’ personal liability for inducing a breach of trust by their company, supervised by former Judge of Appeal the Hon JC Campbell KC, has been twice published and was awarded two prizes. Lachlan has a number of other published articles and sits on the editorial board of the Butterworths Corporation Law Bulletin.

Daniel accepts briefs to advise and appear in all areas of law, with a particular focus on commercial and corporate law.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Daniel was an Associate in the Disputes and Investigations team at Allens. Daniel has experience in a range of areas including commercial law, class actions, corporations and insolvency, civil penalty proceedings, superannuation, and environment and planning law.

Daniel also has experience acting in regulatory matters, including investigations and proceedings conducted by ASIC, APRA, ATO, the AFP and the former Department of Planning and Environment.

Daniel is also currently studying a LLM in International Corporate and Commercial Law at King’s College London.
