Ben has a broad commercial and equity practice. The areas in which he has particular experience include building and construction, insolvency, property disputes, insurance and professional negligence.

Ben regularly appears unled in the Federal Court, Supreme Court, District Court and Local Court, and also has experience appearing in NCAT in building disputes.

Before being called to the Bar in 2012, Ben had twelve years of experience as a solicitor, initially with Minter Ellison and later at Gilchrist Connell. Ben also spent three years working in the insurance market in London.
